A Minor Crime
Every click on a building to collect materials or Simoleons can trigger a crime. As soon as a building is under threat, a maximum of three police cars will be dispatched from the Police Station. If there is more than one Police Station in the city, the vehicles will come from different locations, regardless of their proximity to the crime.
The player may click on an building before any police cars reach it and this will increase the speed at which the vehicles arrive at the cost of one energy. If police cars have already arrived and are trying to stop the crime, clicking on the building will have no effect.
It is possible for more than one crime to happen at the same time. If there is only one Police Station in the city, three vehicles will be dispatched to the first crime and will return to the Police Station before attending the second crime. Clicking on the second crime while the police cars are still at the first will have no effect.
There are three different types of crime. Minor crime, crime and major crime. The more severe the crime, the harder it is to stop. If a crime is successfully stopped after the player has clicked on the building to call the vehicles faster, a cash reward will be given. This is 200
for a minor crime, 500 for a crime and 1000 for a major crime. There is also a small chance of receiving a Medal of Bravery, X-ray or Police Badge.
